With 12 years of experience in construction, he cultivated a deep understanding of the industry. His journey began in Michigan working for a family-owned construction company, where he honed his skills and learned what it takes to deliver excellent projects. When he has free time, he enjoys trying new foods, traveling, and being outdoors.

Josh O’Rourke, Owner
Josh is filled with pride to be part of ORB Precision Builders, a business founded on top-notch workmanship and transparent communication. He prioritize attention to detail and he backs his work with confidence. Having over 25 years of experience, he has preformed all aspects of residential home repairs. His introduction into construction began at the age of 15 working for a family-owned construction company. Over the years he learned the importance of communication and he values his client’s trust. He is fully committed to actively listening to your concerns and conducting a comprehensive assessment of your home to establish clear expectations. As one of the owners, he takes pride in ensuring every customer’s project dreams becomes reality by actively managing and preforming quality control on all projects.
